Office Visits

For Dr. Debbie, Dr. Kelsey, and our team, practicing orthodontics is about so much more than creating beautiful smiles. Seeing patients so frequently gives us the time to really get to know them, find out their hobbies, and keep up with new and exciting things going on in their lives. Watching our patients' confidence grow as their treatment progresses and their teeth straighten is great, and seeing the look on a patient’s face when their treatment is complete and braces come off is priceless.

Modern orthodontics is no longer for children. At all three of our offices, we see a range of patient ages, from children through adolescents and adults. Patients of all ages can take advantage of traditional braces, and our teen and adult patients can have a more aesthetic treatment experience with ceramic braces or Invisalign® clear aligners.

Every smile starts with an initial consultation!

Getting started with braces at George Family Orthodontics is easy! When you arrive for your consultation appointment, you’ll be greeted by our receptionist. If you have already filled out the medical history form online, our records technician will take you in to have X-rays and digital photos taken for the doctors to review. If you have not had the chance to fill out the forms provided online, you can complete them before going into records.

After your records are complete, Dr. Debbie and/or Dr. Kelsey will do a formal exam of your teeth and review your concerns, as well as her concerns and your proposed treatment plan. You will be shown different models, as well as your own X-rays and digital photos to better explain your treatment.

After you meet with the doctor, your treatment coordinator will review your treatment fees and payment options with you and answer any questions you may have. You can get started with treatment that same day, or book an appointment if it will be more convenient for you to start treatment at a later date.

The Cost of Braces

Various insurances cover orthodontic procedures. It is never a bad idea to call your insurance company or speak to your human resource representative if you have any questions regarding your insurance coverage, maximums, and stipulations. When calling to make your new patient exam, you will be asked if you have any dental insurance with orthodontic coverage. Give any dental insurance information you have (ID #, Policy Holder etc.) to the receptionist taking your call and the treatment coordinator will have all of your benefits researched for you when you come in for your consultation.

We look forward to meeting you and helping you get started on your orthodontic journey. Schedule your consultation at our South Attleboro, Seekonk, or Vineyard Haven, MA office today!
